Working Out...

I got home aroung 5 something this evening, I have been at this computer doing numerous things every since then, but when I woke up this morning I told myself that I was going to work out, and the time is now 8:40 and I haven't got up yet. This is so sad, see as women, black women in particular have to keep our body in shape for our health, my body hasn't been in shape every since I was a little girl bout 10 years ago. So I spent half of my life in shape but when I hit bout 9 my body did a turn for the worst the weight seems like it came overnight. Every year since then it has been my new years resolution to loose about 30- 40 pounds and I haven't reached my goal yet but in the name of Jesus I am fixing to get up and work my but out and prayfully with me and the Lord I am well on my way to reaching my hair length goal and my weight loss goal. It is so important but just today I went 20 mins out of my way just to go to Dairy Queenand get a Strawberrry Cheesequake Blizzard... Ump

Let me get on up and work out!!! I just typed myself ready...

Pure Ice Nail Polish...

Working at Wal-Mart I tell you... Well after getting tired of purchasing those 4 dollar gorgeous Sally Hansen colors I one day took a bottle of the Pure Ice nail-polish up to the counter to see how much were they; after the sales associate told me that it was 2 dollars, I have been purchasing them every since. I really enjoy the colors at one time I got to be so bad I was buying a new bottle every day I went into work, I have chilled since...

But My most recent color was First Love and I have to tell you that Im loving it!

WILD GROWTH HAIR OIL...

So I brought Wild Growth Hair Oil from my local beauty supply a few weeks ago, since then I have been using this product every now and then. My plan was to use it one time every three days, no sooner no lesser, well I kinda fell off track and amnow trying to get back on it. My hair used to be so long and pretty Im talking back in Janurary. Back on the fourth of Apirl I got micro braids they were beautiful but they dried out and split and tangled up the ends of my hair. Sooo, now my hair goal is to do right by it cause I know if I want it to be good to me I have to be good to it... I am going to in the next year prayfully reach my current hair goal of waist length... I really like the ingredients in this hair oil and thats the reason I started back buying I used to use this about 6 years ago but stopped.... Now Im back on it!

The Ingredients are: olive oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, ergocalciferol, choline?, inosnucifera oil?, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, natural color and fragance

Cost: A small sized 4 fl. oz bottle in my town, will run about 7.99 w/o tax!

Today has been a long drawn out day anyways off of all of that... Im sitting here watching RHOA and Nene just put a bad taste in my mouth, first of all I love that crazy chick, her writing a book is a smart check but anyways off that... Why is she hating so bad on my girl Kandi??? Kandi did blow me out the water. Ok Nene gurl just cause u can sing do not mean that you have to pure hate on other peoples talent... We as black women need to STOP hating on each other!!! I mean why? As my mother would say, they yes I said they cause I don't be hating on others, are just repeating the Willie Lynch Letter all over again! How sad and this is '09!


Nene and Lisa's working out getting their figure right makes me feel bad about that bacon & sausage omlet I just ate...


Lisa and Sheree were so childish mocking Kim's song... High School... It's nothing new to us that Kim can't sing good enough to save her daugher's lives...


Back on Kandi! Sweetie you can't let your mama make decisions on your happiness! Thats your MAN! You gone let him go cause of your mama issues??? WTF are you serious... Hopefully she don't be a fool and don't be a old, depressed, sad, lonley single depressed don't want nobody else to be happy cause she not heifer like her mama... I mean if AJ was cheating on her thats one thing but sweetie cause your mama is hungup she a babymama too... That just piss me off and she did sound good singing while Nene talking bout it was just alright! Hump, I wish I could sing like that sh*t...


Gotta love Dwight, at the Hairshow we took a picture together, he was hoooonney if you don't sound like a baby, anyways to every negative thing Nene was saying at first he would bounce back with a positive then they both just started being a mess...LOL...

And didn't Nene's nails look a mess when she highfived Dwight at the fabric store right before
commercial... And how in East hell is she going to call Kandi hood... "In my Dwight voice," hoooonnnneeeeeeey sweep around your own frount door....

Tired of people hating on Micheal Vick!

So In In ATL last weekend and and on the bottom of the front page Monday, they had a article on how since Philly has accepted Vick to their team, many of the fans began to sell their tickets! HATERS!

On the same note I was watching the travel channel's No Reservations on Sunday and they had Anthony down in Texas with some country singer and ya'll should have seen all of those stuffed real deer heads on this man's walls. I just don't get it you know. Yeah Vick was wrong but nobodys perfect people. Why are people always judginG?

Are Real & Chance GAY???

Im sure that would be a pleasure to the ears of so many of those different men that I saw this past weekend at the Bronner Bros. I really can't say I mean both of them are so pretty and I am really not the one to like a pretty man! Leave that up to me, my cousin and I were just talking and she bought it up that they will never find love looking for awoman when what they are really seeking is a man! Well I don't know I cant say but they belong in the same boat with Jennifer Hudson's fiance Punk. Her ex-boyfriend to from the looks of it seemed like such a better catch...

Well, Im just happy that it's not me who has to sleep with any them.

Walk Away the Pounds 4 Mile!

Im back ya'll, I know it has been a minute, 15 days to be exact but I've been so mentally exhausted... I had a beautiful hairshow expirence, even though I didn't take any classes. I will most deffinatly be getting education at The Premiere Hairshow comming in Oct. to my city. Yes I enjoy all types of Hairshows, I enjoy learning different techniques from all over the world. I will be later updating my posts and my wonderful weeked!!!

Anyways, right now I am so exhausted both physically and mentally... Why??? Becasuse I just completed my workout DVD Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Samsone? anyways if you are looking for a good daily workout to do at home then any Walk Away the Pounds is great but I just recently, in the past few weeks purchased the 4 Mile Walk DVD and today was my first time doing it and boy, did it wear me out.... I mean Leslie done came up from the 1 2 & 3 mile walks with this new and re-newed 4 mile walk. I purchased it from Wal-Mart .

When I purchased it, I was at work, ugghh... and I came back in and y co-worker wanted to know what i had purchased I told her she, then asked how much was it, I told her $12.44 I think and then she went on and on about how she would have never paid that much for a DVD! Good thang she ain't me cause my weight is important to me and I have been in this struggle too long and with Obama it is time for a change. In the Introduction Leslie offers a 10 day challenge, in the near future I plan on doing it...

Kimora and Dijmon

So I was just over at my girl, Necole's site and she posted pictures of Kimora Dijmon and their beautiful babt boy!!! I just can't imagine Kimora with a boy his name is Kenzo Lee! But I will tell you one thing I sure does seems like she has a good dedicated baby's daddy/ boyfriend! That baby will be sure, I do believe, to have a good upbringing and not be in the least concieted...

My mama been taking me to Bronner Bro's on and off every since I was old enough to get in. If one word could describe how the show makes me feel, it would be motivation!

Coach Shoes...

I am really into Coach's Barret Sneakers I have a couple of pairs but I always wait until they go on sale. I have been waiting for Macy's or Belk to cut a deal on those choclate and kaki? ones but over these past three months they haven't so next week in Birmingham it's going to be tax free weekend, I think so Im going to go get them. And prayfully, a deal will go on them too....

I have always been a fan of Air Max tennis shoes, they have a certain swagg about them! I still have a couple of pairs from when I was a little girl, back then I was ballin' my daddy got me every pair that came out... Wish I could say the same now, but you know, a different day, a different dollar!!! A change is going to have come...
